*Cooler number 3 was measuring an ambient temperature of 50F. Food held in cold - holding must be at 41F or below. The rice that was inside was moved to a colder cooler. The ice packs that were on the table were placed back into the cooler and it was measuring 38F by the end inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.

*Upon arrival, the display containers were sitting on top of ice packs. Theses containers must be encased in ice if they are to be sold. Theses containers were moved to the coldest cooler. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.

|
Note: *Application and fee must be submitted to the Department by Feb 3, 2025. *This stand was inspected at the indoor Yardley Farmer’s Market. *Owner advised that he is looking to get into the Wrightstown Market for the Spring/Summer Market. He will keep the Department informed of his plans.
